Aventura and Miramar areas. In the past 2 weeks we serviced 2 front load units with the same issue – leak from door boot. Situation with Frigidaire was much easier then with Samsung. Frigidaire machine has been serviced from the front without removing front and top panels  out. By the way , Frigidaire unit was about 18 years old and Samsung was about 2.5 years old. There was no chance replacing door gasket on Samsung without taking front and counterweight out . Using special tools our technician replaced door rubber for less then 30 minutes.
