Dryer and washer stopped working at the same time. Very unusual situation for this unit to stop working at all. Normally we would think that there is a problem with the power supply, but not in this particular case. Later up on arrival customer revealed more info about  what has happen. Member of household unit has been tried to fix dryer as it stopped heating. He was not trained to perform this job so there was a few fatal mistakes done and after his performance both units stopped working period.We end up replacing heating element, rear bearing and front felt on the dryer and rewiring  unit  as we found burned and disconnected wires. We were lucky  unit still had wiring diagram attached after 14 years being in use.
